Refund policy
DLX Media & Marketing provides advertising, publication placement, creative design, and digital marketing services. Because our services involve planning, design work, coordination, and reservation of advertising space, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the status of each project.
30-Day Refund Request Period
Customers may contact us regarding a refund or cancellation within 30 days of purchase. Eligibility for a refund depends on whether work has begun, advertising space has been reserved, or costs have already been incurred in connection with the campaign.
Cancellations Before Work Begins
If you cancel before design work, campaign preparation, publication coordination, or advertising placement has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Work Already in Progress
Once design work, campaign preparation, publication coordination, or other services have begun, a full refund may no longer be available. Any approved refund may be reduced by the value of work already completed and any non-refundable costs incurred on your behalf.
Publication Advertising
Once advertising space has been reserved, materials have been submitted to a publication, or the applicable publication's cancellation deadline has passed, the placement may be non-refundable.
If a purchased publication placement cannot be fulfilled as agreed, DLX Media & Marketing will work with the customer to provide an appropriate alternative, reschedule the placement, issue account credit, or provide a refund when appropriate.
Customer Materials and Approvals
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and materials, including names, contact information, property details, photographs, logos, brokerage information, and required disclosures.
When an advertisement or design is submitted for customer approval, the customer is responsible for reviewing it carefully before approving publication or distribution.
Advertising Results
Payment is for the advertising, design, placement, marketing, and related services purchased. DLX Media & Marketing does not guarantee a specific number of leads, inquiries, impressions, property sales, closings, or other business results.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.
